We only use any personal data in the day to day running of the business.  We may contact you regarding invoices, quotations, additional information required/we wish to pass on to you.

We only use personal data in the fulfilment of salary, HMRC requirements, pensions and payslips.  Our computer management system is password protected, encrypted, anti-virus protection and an outside company is responsible for our back-up, maintenance and security.

Business information such as business name, business address, landline telephone number(s), mobile number(s), e-mail address(es), bank account details.

Credit card details

No credit card information is retained on our accounting system, computer system or hard copies.  Once payment has been credited into our bank account credit card slips are cross-cut shredded.

Third Party Information

Wakefields ARC will not pass on any contact details to any other company unless we have permission from yourself.

We are not responsible for the content or safety of third-party sites that may be linked to via our website.

How long do we hold information

Wakefields ARC will hold personal information for as long as there is a business need and to ensure there is a good working relationship.  As long as we provide a good service to our customers, our suppliers supply us with the goods and members of staff are employed by Wakefields ARC.
